20/3/11- Cheltenham week has been a successful week for John. 2 runners- 2 WINNERS. Mata Hari Blue won a 6f handicap at Southwell, and Nomadic Warrior won a 2m5f handicap chase at Uttoxeter- showing the versatility to train both sprinters and chasers to win!
20/3/11  A new horse Solarium has being installed this week, it has kindly being supplied and installed by owner Mike Golding. The solarium will provide short wavelength infra red heat, this will improve circulation, digestion, and the production of red blood cells, this produces a sense of well-being. The heat is absorbed into muscles, and will stimulate and facilitate the repair of damaged tissue. Horses warmed up before exercise are less likely to suffer from strains and muscle damage. Stamina will be increased as well as stride length, and the energy is available quickly and without as much risk of the horse hurting itself.

1/2/11- The new lunge arena has been finished. It is proving very useful for breaking in, loose jumping, and for all horses to let off steam when necessary!

20/08/2010  A new 4 furlong uphill grass gallop has just been layed to add further variation and scope to our existing gallops and will be ready for use in the spring of 2011.
10/07/2010  New Laundry & Rug room now in full use. An Industrial washing machine & Tumble drier have been installed. We are finding both washing machine and tumble dryer extremely useful being able to wash each horses rugs regularly, helping to achieve higher hygiene levels for the 90+ rugs that we use here.
